ABOUT ABOUT

Welcome to Our First Supper for the Black Teaching Tradition Institute (BTTI) Charlotte Cohort 2024!

We are thrilled to kick off this exciting journey with you in person.

Join us for a night of culture, conversation, and connection with an intergenerational group of fellow Charlotte educators and education advocates committed to Black education for social justice and liberation. This event is the perfect opportunity to build connections, share ideas and set the tone for a powerful future ahead. Don't miss out on this chance to develop relationships with like-minded individuals who are passionate about the love, genius and liberation of Black teachers and children and empowering the next generation of teachers and school children.

We ask guests to arrive on time and plan to stay throughout the full program.

Dinner and Conversation. Mrs. Snype will join us as we all enjoy a full sit-down dinner together, relax, decompress, chop it up about the education landscape and get to know each other.
